Nokia Security Administration is a two-day instructor-led course, which introduces the security administrator to the th Nokia IP Security Platform. This course provides the information and the hands-on experience necessary to deploy, manag and maintain the Nokia family of IP security products.

Lab exercises enable students to learn operational skills necessary to effectively manage Nokia IP Security Platforms.

Target Audience:

Technical persons tasked with the support, installation, deployment and or administration of Nokia Security products should attend this course.

Prerequisites:

Persons attending this course should have completed the Check Point Security Administrator course, as well as have a working knowledge of internetworking concepts and an understanding of TCP/IP, network addressing and subnet masks. They should also have knowledge of basic router concepts as they relate to Layer 3 of the OSI model, including RIPv1 & v2 and static routes. Basic knowledge of networking concepts and topologies and an understanding of the OSI model is required.
